Great question! Our coffee is roasted every friday or saterday. We do this to ensure that every order is as fresh as possible. By roasting our coffee in small batches we can guarantee the quality of each order. We believe that freshness is essential for a great cup of coffee and by delivering freshly roasted coffee to our customers, we can guarantee that you have the best possible experience with our products.

We always aim to ship the coffee on the day of order, but this may not always be possible. However, we will be sure to keep you informed of the expected shipping date.
