From loving coffee to a passion for roasting

What started as a hobby, has turned into this beautiful creation I call Ami's Specialty Coffee. When I left the hospitality industry, there was one thing they could never take away from me, my love for cofee. It was something that bloomed long after I've served my last drink as a bartender.

What started off as some pasttime activity, turned into the roastary it is today. I make time every week to work and tweak the coffee beans into perfection. I gladly invite you to try one of our beans in the shop.

Ethically sourced

All our coffee beans are imported with the greatest care for the environment and the workers that provide us with the beans.

High quality beans

All our beans are from top farms only. All the incoming beans go through extensive tweaking and perfecting before being served to our customers.

Low mark-up

This roastery is an extension of my hobby. Some mark-up has to be in place to fund the expenses made, but all goes towards improving the quality of the coffee.
